This website is operated by Mahdev Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, registered office 32A City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX ("Mahdev", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@mahdev.dev.

These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the contract for a project — client work is always governed by a separate signed agreement, and where that agreement and these terms conflict, the signed agreement wins.

You may read, share and quote this site with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, scrape it at volume, use it to train a model without our written permission, resell it, or present our work as your own.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.

Everything here is for information only. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, not a quotation, and not technical, legal, financial or investment advice. No engagement begins, and no obligation is created, until a written agreement is signed by both sides.

Enquiring does not oblige us to take the work, and we may decline any enquiry without giving a reason.

Timelines, costs and scope discussed before a signed agreement are estimates based on the information available at the time. They change when the information does.

Unless a signed agreement says otherwise: fees are quoted exclusive of VAT and are payable within 14 days of invoice; work is delivered in stages against agreed acceptance criteria; and either side may end the engagement on written notice, with work performed up to that date payable.

The site, its design, code, text and brand assets belong to Mahdev Labs Ltd or our licensors. Product names shown here belong to their respective owners.

For client work: bespoke deliverables transfer to the client on full payment. Anything we brought to the project — our frameworks, libraries, tooling, internal components, know-how and anything derived from them — stays ours, and the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use it as embedded in the deliverables. Open-source components stay under their own licences.

Where an engagement involves machine-learning models, model outputs are probabilistic. We do not warrant that any output will be accurate, complete, current, fit for a regulated use, or free of bias, and outputs must not be relied on as the sole basis for a decision that affects a person’s rights, safety, health, employment or finances.

The client is responsible for lawful use of any model we build or integrate, for the data supplied to it, and for any human review required by law or sector regulation. Third-party model providers operate under their own terms, which we pass through rather than replace.

We treat information you share when scoping a project as confidential, and we expect the same in return. We will not name you as a client, publish screenshots, or describe the work publicly without your written consent.

This site links to third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices.

This site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties and do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for indirect or consequential loss, arising from use of this site; and our total liability arising from your use of this site is limited to £100. Liability under a client engagement is governed by the signed agreement for that engagement.

You agree to indemnify Mahdev Labs Ltd against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms; the date below shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the change. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stands.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
